Inclusivity

Here at Sandwich, we’re determined to do our part to create more inclusive media, and to make sure everyone has a seat at the table while we do it.

We believe that change on screen is driven by change behind the camera. To increase representation on screen, we must increase the number of women, people of color, and LGBTQ folks in leadership and creative roles behind the scenes. We’re determined not to allow diversity to just be a buzzword or a nice idea to which we pay some lip service. We want to see the diversity of our world represented in our spots and in our crews.

Ava Duvernay rightly declared that it’s really not that hard to be inclusive and find the best talent. So we’re following her lead and looking past our front door to “seek + find + hire.” We’re looking for women, people of color, LGBTQ folks, and people who represent an intersection of these identities to help us expand our roster of freelancers in all positions: from creative and above-the-line, through to our department heads and post-production. So if you or anyone you know would be interested in working with Sandwich, let us know!

Send reels, resumes, portfolios, and writing samples to jobs@sandwich.co. We’re eager to meet you.
